Corghi SP2300 With Mounting Bracket for A2024/A2030

Multifunctional device for Corghi and Nexion made tire changers. It most cases, it replaces the need for two separate bead press systems because of the robust capabilities. The SP2300 is a practical and functional helper device specifically designed to make mounting and demounting operations quicker, more precise, and safer.

The SP2300 Standard consists of three (3) integrated operating units capable of working on all types of tires - including ultra low profile and run flat tires - and light alloy wheel rims.

Features:

Tapered Roller: Facilitates keeping the tire properly positioned below the demount head so that difficult tires don’t “pop off” when installing the tire. Additionally, it makes easy work of removing the second bead of thick sidewall tires, such as Run Flats and 19.5” Tires from the bottom.
The large disc lifts the tire and helps loosen beads that tend to reseat themselves.
Rotating bead depressor: Follows the tire radially during mounting and demounting and depresses the bead with a roller
